Phases submission requirements differs per group of entities
Summary:
Is it possible to make the approval phases "asymmetrical" in use during approval ?
Meaning: some entities need to submit all data (Phase 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5), others only Phase2 + Phase 3 + Phase 5. We have Approval Groups use different account segments.

Approval unit assignment allows (just) 1 approval unit hierarchy to be linked to each unique combination of scenario + year + period
For Actuals we have following phases:
- Phase 1 : business specific data
- Phase 2: PL
- Phase 3: BS
- Phase 4: Year End Data
- Phase 5: GAAP
e.g. Entity A only reports PL + BS + GAAP, while other entities need to cover all phases for Actual.
