how can i have global email notification templates for more than one language?

I need to have a unified template for all email notifications coming from the system (specially the automated ones) in English and translations

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

the Automated Job Application Notification I have on the system is in English and translated languages. The HTML global email notification can be created with one specific language. If I specify English language in the template, only notifications sent out in English get the template look (logo and other branding). The translations are sent blank. how can I solve this?
