Method needed for monitoring all communications going from Oracle ORC to background check partner.

Summary:

I have some SQL looking at the IRC_TP_EVENT_LOGS that allows me to view the INBOUND messages from our background check vendor as it returns results and/or candidate PI such as SSN and DOB. What I am lacking is the ability to monitor the initiating call from ORC to the background check vendor initiating the process.

From a system perspective we seem to have some intermittent communications. I want to verify that once the background check is triggered, that the communication is properly sent to the background check vendor. We need to see the contents of the payload to help QA the process.
