Is there a Campaign Field Update Rule in Eloqua?

Does Eloqua Instance have the same function as the Update Rule that allows me to force in Campaign Field?

If Eloqua doesn't have the ability to automatically change the campaign field toa program-like function, can I manually change the field for many campaigns at once?
