Retrieve file from UCM using OIC. Privilege error -18

Summary: Deliver output from BI Publisher report into UCM. Now trying to retrieve the file from UCM using OIC. Failing with error.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are outputting a BI Publisher report into UCM as a file. If I click on the file in UCM (URL <servername>/cs) then it downloads fine, so my permissions are ok. I am then using the GenericSoapPort GET_FILE IdcService call as per Doc ID 2384418.1 within OIC

If I try and use it with the dDocName and RevisionSelectionMethod parameters then the response I get is : Unable to download file. Unable to retrieve information for <filename>
