Manually created candidate in candidate pool but not able to change campaign opt in value.

I have created candidate pool and created 3 candidates in a pool. I have performed "Confirmed Talent Community Subscription" action.

But still under 'Preferences' section 'Campaign Opt In' is 'Unspecified'

Why it is not having 'Campaign Opt In' as Yes. What other steps needs to follow?
