Inv Ded card keyed future end date for a Payroll Relationship not present on rehire to the same PR.

Involuntary Deduction card keyed future end date (not 12/31/4712) for a Payroll Relationship are not present on a rehire. Should the End date be present on the rehire calculation card?

Colleague has an involuntary deduction with a keyed end date of 12/13/2023. Is termed 8/27/2023 and rehired into the same Payroll Relationship on 9/26/2023. Upon rehire the involuntary deduction card is recreated but the end date is 12/31/4712. Should the 12/13/2023 be present since it is a rehire into the same Payroll Relationship and the rehire is prior to 12/13/2023.
