Implement transaction controls to exclusively allow salary-based expenditures
We are looking to implement transaction controls to exclusively allow salary-based expenditures and prohibit non-salary based expenditures after the Award end date has passed. For instance, Award number 1234 has a start date of "01/01/2023" and an end date of "12/31/2024". Users are currently able to incur costs for any expenditure types during this period. However, post the award end date, we intend to restrict users to creating only salary-based costs for this award, disallowing them from generating any other non-salary based costs. Please provide your suggestions on how to achieve this requirement.
