Dispute resolution customization question

We have a customer who would like to customize their dispute resolution process so that the Sales Rep is able to see certain features regarding his dispute resolution. For example, if the sales rep is disputing a 5K claim but the analyst is approving a different amount, or a claim is rejected. We can see that there are notes that an analyst can enter on their own views, but we cannot see a way to send this back to the OSR's dispute page or even to get these on a report.
