Groovy script to fetch DFF defined in Payment term

Is it possible to fetch the DFF value set in Payment term page via groovy script in OM extension?

Our requirement is to write a groovy script to apply a HOLD automatically based on the DFF value set in the Payment term selected for the Order

While creating order user will select the payment term, in Manage Payment term page a DFF is defined for the payment term which has a value as 'Y' or 'N'.

Only if the DFF is 'Y' the HOLD has to be applied for the Order.
