I received an "Action recommended - Abusive Activity Identified" email. I had grown suspicious with unusual traffic to my instance before, but I did take measures to limit the number of IP addresses that could access it. Regardless, right after receiving the email ALL of my instances were shut down. They were completely offline and I could not log into my Oracle Cloud dashboard - I either get a JSON response:

Or this error message if I try to log in through Direct Sign-In:

I have contacted Oracle Customer support via [email protected] . They redirected me to [email protected] for asking questions related to failure logging in. After reaching out to them I received a solution to manage my account through Oracle Identity Cloud Service admin console, yet I did not find any way to re-activate my account. c2csupport recommended asking a question here, so here I am.

Howdy, Stranger!
