BIP Report not retrieving any data when single value is selected in parameter, But the same is working fine in Data Model. Please help.

For newly developed custom BIP Report I am facing below issue.

For Eligibility Profile Name Parameter when a single value is selected, The report is not retrieving any data in the BIP Report. But report results are coming when do multi selection or all. This issue is only happening through report and working fine from datamodel.
