Employee not available in compensation plan when changing eligibility criteria

Hello experts

we opened compensation plans with an eligibility criteria defined. We had to change it and when running refresh process and flagged the option Reevaluate criteria, nothing change while we expect to see the addition of the other employee not included in the previous eligibility criteria.

However, if I purge compensation plan and launch it again with the new criteria they will appear.

Is there a way to apply the new criteria to compensation plan without purging it?
