For Journal Approval rule, batch 'created by' is case-sensitive. Would like to make it case-insensitive.

Client implemented Journal Approval Rule by spreadsheet. One of the rule is based on journal creator username, which is case sensitive.

Is there any way to make it case-insensitive ? I tried to use 'UPPER' but it didn't work.
