i cannot reset my cloud account

Summary:

I did try to signin on my oci console, but i forgot my password.

when i click in "Forgot Password" and input my user (fellipepinheiro) or e-mail address, I didnt receive any e-mail with reset instructions.

i receive e-mail only about my account details.

Can anybory help me?
