Unable to create a text box in requisition creation page

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to create a text box in the requisition creation page only and not in Edit/Modify the requisition screens. We were able to create the text box, unfortunately, the text box is appearing on other screens like the "Hire an Employee" creation pages.

My client groups> Quick Actions> Hire an employee. But when we try to access the "Hire an Employee" from My client groups> New person> Hire an employee> we do not see an issue. Hence wanted to check with the experts, if any text box can be created in the "Create Requisition" screen based on the action.
