Oracle authentication app crashed - recovering 2FA doesn't work

in OCI - General

After reinstalling Oracle authentication app on my phone there is no way to login back to my Oracle Free Tier Account. On chat with helpdesk the advice to change url link but it brings me back to login page. I mean I access the login page and enter username and password correctly, no error appears and I receive the 2-Step Verification page, then I change the url and press enter, I am redirected to the login page again, where it asks me for username and password...

Anyone did recover his account?

If not - how to completely remove the Oracle Free Tier account?
