Setting up SR visibility through System Access Group

Summary:

Multiple conditions in Object Rule in System Access Group are not showing the result as per expectation.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Steps:

  1. Go to the System Access Group --> Object Rule
  2. Select Service Request Object.
  3. Create a new rule. Rule 1
  4. Add conditions with Queue attribute as shown in snapshot.
  5. Create another rule (Rule 2) to add condition with attribute AccountPartyName = LON01
  6. Save & Publish
  7. Run Perform Object Sharing Rule and Assignment
  8. Update Groups and Members
  9. Login in Fusion with the user for which the security is configured.
  10. Navigate to Service --> Service Requests
  11. Search all open Service Requests
