Cannot View AR Invoice error message received

Summary: A user has access to Subledger Inquiry role which

Allow users to view sub ledger details including AP invoices, AP Payments, AR Invoices, AR Receipts, fixed assets, customers and suppliers. This role is created using the seeded role Accounts Payables Specialists. Role modified to allow users to see images of AR invoices.

They could view AR invoices before and then all of a sudden they unable to view invoices and get an error message.

This is for only one user, i have checked with IT team to see if there is something blocking the download of invoices but they could not find anything
