We need to understand the process on how to disable emails from being sent out to intercompany advice mailboxes from Oracle. In order to do this, would we go in under the Lookup Codes and uncheck the Enabled checkbox, or would this have other implications? The other thought was to go in and specify the end date, and wondered if the emails would no longer be sent out after that date. Any information or suggestions are appreciated.
