Constrain email notifications to legal entity, division, etc

Summary: Create email notifications to go out to specific legal entity, division, etc.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

One of our divisions would like to include links to questionnaire guides in the Interview Scheduled notifications to the interviewers and candidates (in Alert Composer and Recruiting Content Library). We do not want to include these links in the emails for the rest of the legal entities.

Does anyone have experience with constraining notifications to specific legal entities, divisions, etc?
