There are no attribute dimensions used in this rule. All applicable data has been loaded without issue.

Has anyone expeirenced this issue before?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Running a standard allocation rule for monthly close process. Database has been refreshed; no major changes have occurred to Rule or PCMCS environment. Production environment has not had Nov-23 EPM update yet. Test Environment has had Nov-23 EPM update. We have received error message in both environments.
