Reporting Capability Maturity Matrix : Reporting Road Map
Summary:
I'm trying to develop a notion or framework for "Reporting Capability Maturity", as something organisations could use to assess how good they are at Oracle reporting, but at the same time give them ideas of where to go next (a "Reporting Road Map").
Here are some ideas I have jotted down, creating levels I to IV.
I'd really appreciate any comments as to anything that could be added, or alternative models I should look at, or anything else that might help develop this concept. Hopefully if we get a few comments this might also be a useful reference for us all.
