Managers do not automatically receive emails notifying them of new CV’s

Is it possible for ORC, like for the previous solution, when a pop up would occur asking us if we wanted to notify the manager of a new applicant to review and would send instantly?

At present managers do not automatically receive emails notifying them of new CV’s, we have to move through screens and actions and manually email managers ourselves. I have created a template however it is still a manual process.
