How to enable the spotlight section on workspace SR details page

Summary:

On an Oracle B2B service instance, If I open an SR from the traditional landing page, the SR details page shows the spotlight region at the top.

However, if navigated from workspace, the SR details page doesn't show the spotlight region.

How to enable this?
