Security Around Specific Hiring Types (HR and Executive)

Summary:

For HR Hires (as in hires that eventually will become part of the HR team), we configured a CSP that allows us to manage the job offer outside of the system for confidentiality reasons (we didn’t want other HR employees to see the salaries of workers that could potentially end up being co-workers). This is also configured for Executive hires so that the HR team does not see the salary info of Executive hires. Is this the best way to do this within the system?
