We historically have not translated entity currency and now we are implementing CbCR. I am back loading rates to FY17 P12. Using Smart View.

When I submit the rates using Smart View, I get a business rule error message in Excel telling me to check the application job console. The rates do load, but one of the two business rules attached to the FX Rates Full Year form must be failing. There is Compute Rates and Refresh SDM Currency Rates. I can save the form manually in the application and am prompted to run Compute Rates and it works fine from there. I suspect it might be the SDM Currency Rates rule.
