edited Nov 21, 2023 4:20PM in Linux

APPLIES TO

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Version N/A and later

Information in this document applies to any platform.

SYMPTOMS

OCI storage bucket as SFTP folder structure has been mounted. This folder is used for dumping few extracts and sending to data lake. The folder structure was under opt, after the packages/patch updates from OSMS in OCI and the folder ownership has changed to root owner. Due to this, the extracts are not getting downloaded from opt user which used to connect to the folder.

Fail to update the system with "uptrack-update":

$ uptrack-upgrade
Could not connect to the Ksplice Uptrack server with your access key.
Please check that the key in /etc/uptrack/uptrack.conf is valid.

Howdy, Stranger!
