facing issue to update the status of supplier from fusion to wms

Summary:

whenever a supplier status is updated from active state to inactive state in oracle fusion the same the same supplier status needs to be changed in WMS side through OIC

below I have pasted the xml payload of WMS side but in that payload there is no such name with respective to active flag in WMS side , what we have to do can any suggestions please it will be helpful
