FBDI Order Import error. ShipToAddress attribute for sales order occurs in more than one location in

When using FBDI to import a Sales Order I get following error message:

"Order management did not import source order UAT-DE01-0000012 because of the following error: The Balcke-Dürr-Allee 2, Ratingen, 40882, DE value in the ShipToAddress attribute for sales order UAT-DE01-0000012 occurs in more than one location in Oracle data, such as item data, party data, or account data. Make sure your import payload includes a value that uniquely identifies this data. For example, add the customer number or party number in your payload to uniquely identify the bill-to customer. Make sure there arent any white space characters at the beginning or at the end of the Balcke-Dürr-Allee 2, Ratingen, 40882, DE value.."
