Add automatically an agent to a queue using core hr parameters

Hello,

there is a way to add a resource that has certain parameters inside a queue through an automated proccess? ( so, we are talking to manage the movement of agents inside and outside queues) Massive upload from HDL or HSDL that pick few parameter from core hr and if match add or remove the agent from a queue?

Are there massive uploads from HDL or HSDL, for enabling resources from the Resource Directory? or can it only be done manually, person by person? (so, anablig / disabling an employee as a resource)
