Requisiton Cloning vs cloning template

Summary:

We are interested in using requisition cloning in our processes to save on time for reposting. We have tried using cloning and cloning template, both copy most of the information, but do not bring in flsa or other job template values. Is there a way to have this completed? Or is there a better way to have the same job reposting with a new ID?
