unable to search non primary assignments in talent review

Summary:

In our Core HR configuration, employees can have multiple assignments. In the talent review meeting we have search options for Reviewer participants or Population.

From our observations we understood that, these search we can find only Active Primary assignments but not non-primary assignments.

Looking for some inputs from experts in this group on below things.

1] Is there any workaround to include Non-primary assignments of employees in the talent review meeting.

2] Why seeded functionality is designed to include only Active Primary assignments only? Is there any reason behind this design?
