Error in Receiving Fixed Priced Service PO using FDBI

I am always getting an error in Receiving Fixed Priced Service PO using FDBI.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Expectation is to be able to receive a Fixed Priced Service purchase Order using FBDI.

The error I am getting is "You have populated some fields that are not valid for service-based purchase order shipments."

I only input on the required fields though. What are the Column I needed to input so this error will not appear?

What step am I missing to be able to receive a this kind of PO?

I am using the template attached below.
