When we hire an internal employee through ORC process as CWK then 2 work relationship has created.

When we hire an internal employee through ORC process as CWK(Contingent Worker) then 2 work relationships record has created. Whereas, when we Global transfer from employee to employee then existing work relationship are automatically end dated. we need the automatic way from which existing work relationship are automatically end dated or is there any validation by which we know that existing work relationship are already exist to that person from which we terminate the existing relationship. Please suggest the ways or validation by which existing work relationship are end dated automatically.
