Custom RTF formatting issue

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have created a custom RTF template for Compensation Change Statement, but when we load the template in the system is looses the formatting like, the side border and the company logo.

We tried everything but it is still not clear what could be the issue.

Can someone help me understand what could be the issue.
