Global Transfer: Goal move action is greyed out
Hello,
We are facing with the issue that the move goal action is greyed out.
Normally, we are moving the goals and the performance document into the new assignment record with HSDL, after the global transfer has happened.
However, recently the HSDL is uploaded successfully, the performance document is moved, but the goals aren't. The goal plan is assigned to the worker's new assignment record prior.
Thus, we try to move the goals with the move action from the worker's goal plan, but for some workers it is greyed out. The goals are not rated in the performance document and are synchronized.
