High Volume Hiring for Plants

Hi everyone,

Since we have a lot of candidates to hire for plants, we need a way to make our hiring for shop floor way faster. Currently we post a new requisition every time we need to hire for new positions.

According to the documentation we read, the best option for that is the Pipeline requisitions.

Could you please advise if there are any other ways to do that or if you have something different implemented in your systems?
