How do I make a Requisition Field visible and required depending on recruiting type
Summary:
We currently don't show the Business Justification field (Basic Section) on any of our requisition. We use 4 different recruiting types (Requisition Structure Section) Recruiting Types = College, Craft, Confidential and Non-Craft
We would like to make the Business Justification field visible and required, but only if the recruiting type is 'Non-Craft' or 'Confidential'.
How can that be done?
