Summary:

Specific business users need access to inquire on specific GL journal details and view attached files for certain journal entries posted but we would like to limit their access to see other GL journals.

Is there a way to restrict access to certain journals when searching through 'Manage Journals' by creating a custom role or creating rules? Is customizing the 'Manage Journals' search window possible to restrict what the user can search for?

The objective is to give the user access to only relevant information associated to their business needs within the General Accounting.
