Summary:

For tracking appointments, we have a naming convention that we use internally that we don't want to have visible externally in the calendar invite. With the latest integration, the improve syncing is fantastic and is eliminating the need to manually create appointments in Sales to track the activity.

With the new process, we cannot edit the Subject (tltle) and are looking for the best way to do it

One thought is creating a custom field but I thought I would see if anyone else had any other thoughts
