New user account creation checkbox is not visible in the Supplier Profile Change Request Approval No

Description (Required):

When a supplier registration process is initiated, the contact is created and ‘user account’ checkbox is ticked, it shows in the Supplier Registration Request Approval Notification. 


But when Supplier Profile Change Request is initiated and if the 'user account' checkbox is ticked, it still doesn’t show on the Supplier Profile Change Request Approval Notification.


The requirement is that if this information is visible on Supplier Registration Approval Notification then it should be displayed on the Supplier Profile Change Request Approval Notification.
