How to enable a custom header on Careers Website?

Summary:

We're designing a custom header instead of using the template provided.

We have ticked the 'enable custom header' option, and entered the code but whilst our custom header appears, the template header also appears.

So we currently have two headers.

How do you hide the template header? This behaviour does not happen on the footer.
