How can I add a deep link to go straight to an employee's details?

I am trying to create a deep link in OTBI using the employee number to open the Additional Person Info page, but can only get to the initial page rather than the employee's page.

I am adding a deep link to go to the Personal Additional Info screen but I can't get the link to take me past the main search screen.

I have to manually enter the employee name/number to access the individual employee's record.
