    Summary:

    Someone hacked my free cloud account. I would like it either terminated or reset back to the original information.

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    I received 2 emails. First said that my password was changed and then a second one stating that the recovery email was changed. I have tried 3 times to get help. I got sent to 3 different places. The last chat I had they sent me here.

    If someone can contact me or point me in the right direction for help, it would be appreciated.
