HR Help Desk requests not assigned
When a request is created in HR Help Desk it is not assigned to the agent or the queue.
It is worth mentioning that before it worked correctly, the queue configuration, the assignment rule and the agent were configured.
In fact, when the agent is logged in and is available, he/she is not assigned
