Supplier Admin having visibility of all responses from all their internal contacts

Summary:

Our customer who is in the utilities business, has gone live with advanced procurement recently and they are heavy user of sourcing and Supplier Portal. One of the issue that their Suppliers are facing is that, at any given moment there may be multiple active responses in the system (viewed through SP), but as an Admin person in the Supplier side cannot view the Response amount. The RFQs are created with Response visibility as 'Blind' which seems to fit from the Buyer's requirement, however does not quite suite the supplier's requirement.
