Dividing Hiring process into multiple sections from different screens

Hello,

I have business requirements which related to Hiring screen ,

Customer want to divide the hiring process according to roles,

For example : four Human resource specialists , each one will be responsible for part of hiring screen ,

Human resource 1 will responsible for Personal and employment sections ,

Human resource 2 will responsible for Payroll details section and so on .

each one of them after submit his section , hiring process will still in save mode until last one submit the process and process will be finished and hiring process will completed .

is there any way to achieve this requirement.
