Summary:

Hi,

We have requirement to to use Contextual Journey to review Employment Contract with some basic task.

I have created contextual journey. Enabled nudges with below information, however, I am unable to locate contextual journey on the Action - Journey Name list LOV.

1.Module - Human Resource

2.Reason - Employee's contract period end date is approaching.

3. Channel - Journey

4. Recipient Type - Employee

5.Action - Journey Name :

Any direction will be helpful.
