ICP Approval Rule based on Module Identifier
Summary:
ICP Approval Rule based on Module Identifier
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hi Team,
We had existing approval rules with no module identifier as there was no need of the same. Now we have configured rule based on the Action using Module Identifier. Though now we have started getting approval errors and the transaction for the pre-existing plans are getting stuck in the new approval rules configured based on Modules and Option IDs.
The Error message points to the new rule - An attribute in the ABC rule has a null value
Resolution: Ensure that a value is entered for the mandatory attribute used in the rule configuration or add a not null condition for this attribute.
